Refunds are available exclusively for damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for a refund.
How to start a return
Contact us at info@valkyrielb.com to initiate a return. If accepted, we will provide instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
You can exchange items within 3 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including bags, boxes, and other materials.
Sale items
Returns or exchanges for sale items are only accepted during the sale period. Afterward, returns or exchanges are not possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
